As you maybe saw on my last entry, I was planning to fast today. Didn’t went that good. My friend called me and asked if I wanted to come with her shopping, and I said I wanted to. So we went shopping for about 3 hours, and I was happy thinking about the calories I burned. Then she suggested we should go eating somewhere, and I hoped I could get away with a coffee or some appetizers, maximum. But, no… She suggested this Italian restaurant.I just said ok, even though I didn’t want to, I mean; what should I say?
I ended up with something called “Crostini”. This one showed up to be with tomatoes, garlic and parmesan - and luckily the portions wasn’t as big as I were afraid of. My friend ordered garlic breads and got 5 of them. I’m happy I didn’t ordered garlic breads - she must have eaten like 1000 calories.
Breakfast:
Banana (80)
Lunch/dinner
2 slices of Crostini w/ tomatoes, garlic and parmesan (about 200)
Snacks
Medium orange (70)
Exercise:
3 hours of shopping (250)
Sum: 100 kcal.
If the sum is correct (I tried to check up the Crostinis, but couldn’t find the nutritional facts 100 % correct. If anyone of you know, please tell me) I’m quite happy. 100 isn’t bad :)
