Hey!
Today went quite good, I think. The numbers said it went just fine, but I feel disgustingly full. And full = fat. My goal intake of calories day is going to be a maximum of 500 kcal a day.
Breakfast
1x Clementine (30)
Glass of water
Dinner
2x fishcakes (220)
Some steamed veggies (40)
2x glasses of water
Snacks:
1x banana (80)
Exercise:
A walk, mod. pace - 50 mins - 270 kcal
Sum: 100 kcal.
Also; I’m really worried about tomorrow. I won’t go to any parties, so I’ll be able to plan out my day, since I’m just staying with my family. I’ll probably do some Zumba on my Wii in the middle of the day (gym is closed), and maybe I could make my family join me at some Wii Bowling also? It’s not much, but hey, everything helps, doesn’t it? Lol, I just realized I sound like a wii-addict :P

Height: 179 cm.
SW: 101.7 kg
CW: 97.2
GW1: 90 kg.
GW2: 80 kg.
